Southern Voices: Black, White & Blues pairs Asheville performance poet Glenis Redmond and Brattleboro, Vermont, blues guitarist and historian Scott Ainslie for an evening of music, stories and poetry. Together they celebrate the strength and spirit of Muddy Waters, Zora Neale Hurston, Robert Johnson and Fannie Lou Hamer as well as their own family members and personal heroes.
