Atlanta-based photographer Sheila Pree Bright explored the identities of young people and their relationship to the United States by posing each participant, aged 18 to 25, with an American flag. The resulting photography exhibit, Young Americans, is on display at the Diggs Gallery in Winston-Salem through Saturday, March 6. The gallery is dedicated to African and African-American art and is located on the lower level of O’Kelly Library on the campus of Winston-Salem State University, 601 S. Martin Luther King, Jr. Drive, Winston-Salem.
